Customer wanted to improve their process water treatment, since the costs are directly linked to the outcoming waste water. All work was done in one day by provenor.

1. Preliminary tests to check if current process waste water screen could be boosted with flocculant addition 

2. Different polymers were tested in fast lab tests on-site

3. Best polymer was chosen for short 2 h trial and it showed immedeate improvement of the screening result

4. Based on these results customer invested to polymer equipment and started using it, costs are covered with savings from the outgoing effluent costs and water is much cleaner
